Worked with Marcos Alonzo for my new Rav4. He was very easy to work with, kept me updated with the status of the vehicle since the time I placed a reservation deposit. He did let me know on all the options and upgrades available but he was never pushy. We got our car at a very fair price with no upcharges. We were in and out of the dealership fast.
